On The Move

Annette here! I am sitting on a commuter train heading into Manhattan for a spontaneous meeting. I had to get out the door fast & was glad I had bought yogurt the other day.

For a quick burst of energy without a big blast of calories, a cup of non-fat fruity yogurt (I like the Greek style with blueberries) is the perfect bite. Throw a granola bar in your pocket and you can bridge the hunger gap until there is time to make a good choice without feeling “starving”!

Showered, dressed, snacked, and on a train in less than an hour with lots of energy to spare! It’s a great day!
